VULUXAI is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access or use this website, create an account, use the AI Character Chat, use the Custom AI Girlfriend Creator, generate or save a custom character, or purchase Private Access. By using VULUXAI, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

02. Mature AI-Generated Content

VULUXAI publishes fictional AI-generated or AI-assisted images, videos, cinematic stories, visual galleries, digital personas, interactive AI content, custom fictional characters, and AI-generated character images. Some material may include nudity, explicit or mature themes, sensual presentation, fictional adult sexual themes, or other content intended solely for adults.

03. Fictional Digital Personas

All VULUXAI characters and digital personas are fictional AI-generated creations. They are not real people, performers, employees, public figures, private individuals, romantic partners, professional advisers, or representatives of any identifiable person. Character names, personalities, biographies, dialogue, scenes, generated images, custom character profiles, and interactions are part of a fictional entertainment experience.

04. AI Character Chat

VULUXAI provides an interactive AI Character Chat that may be available in FREE and Private modes. Responses are automatically generated by artificial-intelligence systems based on user input, character instructions, conversation context, safety controls, and third-party AI services. Responses are not written in real time by the fictional character or by a human operator.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, repetitive, incomplete, or otherwise imperfect. Users should treat the chat as fictional adult entertainment and not as factual, legal, medical, financial, professional, or personal advice.

05. Custom AI Girlfriend Creator

VULUXAI may provide a Custom AI Girlfriend Creator that allows users to configure a fictional adult character by selecting or entering attributes such as name, adult age, appearance, personality, relationship style, outfit, scene, mood, and other available characteristics.

All characters created through this feature must represent adults aged 18 or older. Users may not attempt to create, describe, sexualize, imitate, or configure a minor, an ambiguously aged character, or an identifiable real person without appropriate rights and authorization.

Character profiles, generated images, and chat behavior are produced automatically from user selections and AI systems. Outputs may not exactly match every selected attribute and may vary between generations. VULUXAI may apply guest, registered-user, daily, hourly, storage, regeneration, saved-character, or other usage limits and may change those limits for operational, security, cost-control, compliance, or product reasons.

Free or trial generation limits have no cash value, do not roll over unless VULUXAI expressly states otherwise, and may not be bypassed through multiple accounts, automation, scripts, account sharing, technical manipulation, or other circumvention.

06. Accounts and Account Security

Certain VULUXAI features require a registered account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and preventing unauthorized access to your account. You may not sell, transfer, share, rent, or provide another person with paid access through your account where doing so circumvents VULUXAI access controls.

07. VULUXAI Private Access

VULUXAI currently offers 30-day, 90-day, and 365-day Private Access products. These are virtual access products linked to the purchasing VULUXAI account. Access begins after the applicable order has been successfully completed.

Current Private Access products are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. If additional Private Access is purchased while an existing access period remains active, the additional access period may be added to the existing expiration date.

08. AI Chat Rules and Prohibited Requests

VULUXAI AI Character Chat and Custom AI Girlfriend Creator are intended only for lawful fictional interactions and creations involving adults aged 18 or older. Users may not use the chat to request, promote, facilitate, roleplay, or generate illegal or prohibited content.

Prohibited requests include sexual content involving minors or ambiguous ages, incest, coercion, non-consensual sexual activity, exploitation, trafficking, sexual services, abuse, illegal activity, or sexual impersonation of identifiable real people. VULUXAI may block, restrict, refuse, moderate, or terminate interactions that violate these rules.

09. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated in writing, VULUXAI content and services are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse, view, use available interactive features, and share official page links, but you may not copy, re-upload, redistribute, resell, scrape, systematically extract, remove branding from, reverse engineer, or claim ownership of VULUXAI content or services.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use VULUXAI for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized data extraction, automated scraping, security attacks, account abuse, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, infringement of third-party rights, circumvention of generation or message limits, automated bulk generation, abusive regeneration, unauthorized use of multiple accounts to evade limits, or any activity that threatens the safety, integrity, operation, reputation, cost controls, or legal compliance of VULUXAI or its service providers.

11. No Real-Person Misrepresentation

You may not present VULUXAI fictional AI content, character dialogue, images, videos, or stories as authentic real-person footage, real photography, real performances, evidence of real events, or content involving an identifiable private or public individual.

12. Third-Party AI, Commerce and Payment Services

VULUXAI may rely on third-party providers for AI inference, image generation, character generation, chat processing, hosting, content delivery, security, analytics, email, WooCommerce functionality, payment processing, fraud prevention, or related infrastructure. Availability, processing rules, response quality, pricing, and technical operation of third-party services may change independently of VULUXAI.

When payment processing is enabled, payment transactions may be completed through an external payment processor and may be subject to that provider’s additional terms, privacy notices, verification requirements, and fraud-prevention controls.

13. Payments, Refunds and Access Reversal

Prices are displayed before purchase. Private Access is a digital access service and no physical product is shipped. Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with applicable law, payment-processor requirements, transaction circumstances, and any published VULUXAI refund policy.

If a transaction is refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, the corresponding Private Access period may be reduced, revoked, or removed.

14. Availability and Changes

VULUXAI may update, remove, restrict, replace, reorganize, or modify characters, AI models, image-generation systems, Creator attributes, features, content, usage limits, languages, categories, access conditions, pricing, or website functionality for quality, security, compliance, operational, performance, or editorial reasons.

15. Suspension and Termination

VULUXAI may temporarily or permanently restrict access to an account, chat feature, Custom AI Girlfriend Creator, image-generation access, saved-character functionality, Private Access entitlement, or other service where reasonably necessary to address underage access, fraud, prohibited content, abusive conduct, security threats, legal requirements, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.

16. No Warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VULUXAI is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI responses, exact image-generation results, exact compliance with every selected character attribute, permanent availability of any character or model, exact response quality, permanent compatibility with every browser or device, or uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VULUXAI is not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, unavailable features, AI-generated errors, device incompatibility, unauthorized account access, payment-provider actions, or reliance on fictional or automatically generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
