18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
This statement provides transparency regarding VULUXAI, its fictional AI-generated adult content, its Custom AI Girlfriend Creator, and the record-keeping requirements described in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
01. Synthetic AI Content
VULUXAI publishes fictional AI-generated, AI-assisted, computer-generated, or digitally created images, videos, personas, stories, Custom AI Girlfriend profiles, generated character images, and related visual content.
VULUXAI does not present its fictional digital personas or user-configured custom characters as actual performers participating in the depicted fictional scenes.
02. No Actual Human Performers Represented
To the best of VULUXAI’s knowledge and based on the nature of the content produced and published by VULUXAI, its fictional AI-generated personas and Custom AI Girlfriend outputs do not constitute actual human performers depicted engaging in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
03. Record-Keeping Scope
18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and related federal regulations contain record-keeping requirements concerning certain visual depictions involving actual human performers.
Because current VULUXAI content is represented as synthetic and fictional rather than a depiction of actual human performers, VULUXAI does not maintain performer identification records for fictional AI personas or custom AI-generated characters as though those personas were real human performers.
04. Future Applicable Content
If VULUXAI later publishes material that falls within applicable performer-verification, identification, record-keeping, or disclosure requirements, the relevant records and disclosures will be maintained or provided as required by applicable law.
05. Adult Character Standard
All VULUXAI fictional digital personas and Custom AI Girlfriend characters are designed, presented, and intended to represent adults aged 18 or older.
The Creator requires an adult age and VULUXAI prohibits sexual content involving minors, ambiguously aged fictional characters, or attempts to circumvent age-related controls.
06. Custom AI Girlfriend Creator
The Custom AI Girlfriend Creator allows users to configure fictional adult-character attributes and request synthetic AI-generated character images. Character settings, prompts, generated images, and related technical records may be retained where reasonably necessary for service operation, abuse prevention, complaint review, rights protection, or legal compliance.
This operational retention does not convert a fictional AI character into an actual human performer and does not substitute for any record-keeping obligation that may apply if the nature of the content or applicable law changes.
07. Real-Person Concerns
VULUXAI does not intentionally publish adult content depicting identifiable real people without appropriate rights or authorization.
Any person who believes that VULUXAI content or a generated custom character improperly resembles, depicts, or represents them may use the Complaints & Content Removal process.
