Adult Access Requirement

VULUXAI is intended exclusively for adult users. By accessing the website, creating an account, using the AI Character Chat, using the Custom AI Girlfriend Creator, generating a custom character, or purchasing Private Access, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority required in your jurisdiction if higher.

We do not knowingly provide the service to minors. Users who do not meet the applicable age requirement must not access, use, register for, or purchase services from VULUXAI.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use VULUXAI, information processed may include:

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, approximate location, access times, referring pages, requested URLs, and server-log information used for security, delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and performance.
• Cookie and Similar Technology Data: Information stored or accessed through cookies, local storage, pixels, or comparable technologies used for essential operation, preferences, authentication, security, media playback, analytics, affiliate attribution, or advertising where enabled.

• Custom AI Girlfriend Creator Data: Character name, selected adult age, appearance selections, personality traits, relationship style, outfit, scene, mood, optional notes, generated-character configuration, generated image identifiers or files, saved-character information, regeneration activity, usage counters, and technical data needed to operate and protect the Creator.
• Contact and Support Data: Information you voluntarily submit, such as your email address, name, message content, order number, support details, rights requests, privacy requests, or other information included in an inquiry.
• Affiliate and Partner Interaction Data: External providers may receive referral, click, attribution, or tracking information when you follow an affiliate or partner link, according to their own terms and privacy policies.

AI Character Chat Processing

When you use the VULUXAI AI Character Chat, the text you submit and a limited amount of relevant conversation context may be transmitted to a third-party artificial-intelligence service provider so that a response can be generated.

Chat data may also be processed to maintain conversation continuity, apply character instructions, enforce usage limits, operate safety controls, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical problems, and protect the service.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, confidential credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information through the AI Chat. AI Character Chat is intended for fictional entertainment rather than confidential communication.

Custom AI Girlfriend Creator and Image Generation

When you use the Custom AI Girlfriend Creator, the character selections and optional text you submit may be converted into structured instructions or prompts used to generate a fictional adult character profile, image, and related interactive experience.

Information reasonably necessary to perform image generation may be transmitted to a third-party artificial-intelligence processing provider. The transmitted information may include selected character attributes, adult age, visual characteristics, outfit, scene, mood, and limited prompt text derived from your selections. VULUXAI does not need to transmit your account password or full payment-card credentials for this purpose.

Generated images and associated character settings may be stored by VULUXAI where needed to display, save, regenerate, manage, or restore a custom character. Usage counters and technical identifiers may also be processed to enforce guest, registered, daily, hourly, regeneration, saved-character, or other service limits and to prevent abuse.

Do not use free-text fields to submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, confidential information, passwords, government identification numbers, payment-card information, or information about an identifiable real person that you do not have the right to provide.

Orders, Private Access and Payment Processing

VULUXAI uses WooCommerce or comparable e-commerce functionality to manage Private Access products, orders, account entitlements, order status, and access periods.

When an external payment processor is enabled, payment credentials such as full card numbers may be collected and processed directly by that payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. VULUXAI does not intend to store full payment-card credentials on its own website.

VULUXAI may receive transaction information necessary to confirm whether an order was successful, failed, refunded, disputed, reversed, or otherwise changed so that the corresponding Private Access entitlement can be granted, extended, reduced, or revoked.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Personal data may be processed where an appropriate legal basis applies, including for the following purposes:

• To operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve VULUXAI and its media delivery.
• To create and manage user accounts and authentication.
• To provide FREE and Private AI Character Chat functionality and Custom AI Girlfriend Creator functionality, including character configuration, generated images, saved characters, and regeneration.
• To process orders and manage 30-day, 90-day, and 365-day Private Access entitlements.
• To respond to messages, support requests, privacy requests, legal notices, billing questions, and rights concerns.
• To prevent fraud, scraping, spam, account abuse, unauthorized access, payment abuse, prohibited AI Chat or Creator usage, automated bulk generation, usage-limit circumvention, and security incidents.
• To measure performance and understand website usage where permitted.
• To support affiliate attribution, advertising, or non-essential analytics where valid consent or another applicable legal basis is required.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate rights and interests.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, the relevant legal basis may include consent, performance of a contract or requested service, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests balanced against user rights.

AI-Generated Content Context

VULUXAI publishes fictional AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Digital personas, scenes, character dialogue, Custom AI Girlfriend profiles, generated character images, and AI Chat interactions are synthetic creations and are not presented as real private individuals, real-world documentary footage, real performances, or communication with a real human character.

Third-Party Service Providers

VULUXAI may use third-party providers for hosting, content delivery, video playback, AI inference, AI image generation, chat processing, security, email, analytics, affiliate tracking, advertising, WooCommerce-related functionality, payment processing, fraud prevention, or other operational services.

These providers may process information either on VULUXAI’s instructions or under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. External websites and independent third-party services are not controlled by VULUXAI.

Cookies and Consent

Essential technologies may be used where necessary for website operation, account authentication, security, preferences, shopping-cart functionality, age-access controls, or media delivery.
