18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
This statement provides transparency regarding VULUXAI, its fictional AI-generated adult content, and the record-keeping requirements described in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
01. Synthetic AI Content
VULUXAI publishes fictional AI-generated, AI-assisted, computer-generated, or digitally created images, videos, personas, stories, and related visual content.
VULUXAI does not present its fictional digital personas as actual performers participating in the depicted fictional scenes.
02. No Actual Human Performers Represented
To the best of VULUXAI’s knowledge and based on the nature of the content produced and published by VULUXAI, its fictional AI-generated personas do not constitute actual human performers depicted engaging in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
03. Record-Keeping Scope
18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and related federal regulations contain record-keeping requirements concerning certain visual depictions involving actual human performers.
Because current VULUXAI content is represented as synthetic and fictional rather than a depiction of actual human performers, VULUXAI does not maintain performer identification records for fictional AI personas as though those personas were real human performers.
04. Future Applicable Content
If VULUXAI later publishes material that falls within applicable performer-verification, identification, record-keeping, or disclosure requirements, the relevant records and disclosures will be maintained or provided as required by applicable law.
05. Adult Character Standard
All VULUXAI fictional digital personas are designed, presented, and intended to represent adults aged 18 or older.
VULUXAI prohibits sexual content involving minors or ambiguously aged fictional characters.
06. Real-Person Concerns
VULUXAI does not intentionally publish adult content depicting identifiable real people without appropriate rights or authorization.
