Complaints & Content Removal
VULUXAI provides a public process for reporting potentially illegal, non-consensual, infringing, misleading, unauthorized, prohibited, or otherwise rule-violating content and AI-generated material.
01. What May Be Reported
Reports may concern website content, images, videos, stories, fictional personas, descriptions, AI-generated output, or other VULUXAI material that you reasonably believe:
- Is illegal.
- Depicts or promotes non-consensual activity.
- Involves or appears to involve a minor.
- Violates intellectual-property rights.
- Violates privacy, publicity, or personality rights.
- Improperly resembles or impersonates an identifiable real person.
- Promotes trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.
- Violates VULUXAI rules or applicable payment-network rules.
02. How to Submit a Complaint
Send the complaint to:
Where possible, include:
- Your name and reliable contact email.
- The exact URL of the content.
- A description of the material being reported.
- The reason you believe review or removal is required.
- Any supporting information reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint.
03. AI Character Chat Complaints
For an AI Character Chat issue, include the fictional character name, approximate date and time, selected language if relevant, and the specific generated response or screenshot necessary to identify the issue.
Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or unrelated sensitive personal data.
04. Investigation and Resolution
VULUXAI will review complaints promptly and will investigate and provide a resolution or status response within five business days.
Review may include locating the reported material, restricting access while the matter is investigated, examining available technical records, determining whether the material violates applicable rules, and taking appropriate corrective action.
05. Illegal or Prohibited Content
Content identified as illegal or clearly prohibited will be removed or disabled immediately once identified.
Where legally or contractually required, serious violations may also be reported to the relevant payment processor, acquiring institution, service provider, or competent authority.
06. Response to the Complainant
Complaints receive a response explaining the outcome or current status of the review and, where appropriate, the action taken.
Certain information may be withheld where disclosure would interfere with security, privacy, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or an active investigation.
07. Real-Person Resemblance and Consent Concerns
VULUXAI represents its personas as fictional AI-generated adults. Nevertheless, any identifiable person who reasonably believes that VULUXAI material depicts, imitates, or creates confusion with their identity without permission may request a review and removal.
Where appropriate, disputed material may be temporarily restricted while the request is investigated.
08. Appeal Process
A person who believes that they are depicted or represented without consent, or who disagrees with a content-review decision directly affecting their rights, may request an appeal.
Send the appeal to contact@vuluxai.com and clearly identify the original complaint and explain why the decision should be reconsidered.
The appeal will be reviewed separately from the initial request where reasonably possible.
09. Preservation of Relevant Information
VULUXAI may preserve information reasonably necessary to investigate complaints, document actions taken, prevent repeat abuse, respond to payment-network requirements, comply with legal obligations, or defend legitimate rights.
10. Abuse of the Complaint Process
Knowingly false, fraudulent, threatening, repetitive, or abusive complaints may be restricted or rejected. This does not prevent good-faith complaints or lawful requests from being reviewed.
11. Emergency or Serious Safety Matters
If a report concerns suspected child sexual exploitation, trafficking, immediate danger, or another serious illegal activity, VULUXAI may take immediate protective action and cooperate with competent authorities or relevant service providers where required.
